Deciduous shrub 4-8m with large spines

Wonderful as a hedge although a bit slow growing

Smooth grey bark

Glossy green leaves

Creamy white scented flowers

Orange edible fruit

Should be sown in Spring when the difference between day and night temperatures is about 12°C.
