A cereal grain used primarily for oatmeal stout imparting creamy mouthfeel, increased body and grainy notes.   Pregelatinized raw oats.  Adds a silky, velvety and smooth texture, ideal in stouts and porters; can be up to 25% of grist.  Product of USA.  Also available in the 5lb pack.
