Simpsons Brown Malt – The secret ingredient to a good London Porter! This malt imparts a rich coffee aroma, making it ideal for Stouts and Porters.

It delivers a smooth mouthfeel as well as increasing foam stability. The deep mahogany hue brings warmth and depth to dark beers. Often a forgotten malt.

Colour: 430 – 600deg EBC.
